- I've had a week
endof indulgence, of white flour and copious amounts of sugar and my stomach is feeling it - I was eating brownies this weekend and woke up in terrible pain: next time I'm going to try these grain free brownies. - Speaking of grain-free, I really want to try these vegan lavender cashew shortbread cookies - they look incredible!
- It's almost that brief time of year when bluebells come out (probably next weekend?) but Jenny shared these snowdrops at Walsingham Abbey, which reminded me of this beautiful place my friend Amy shared with my last year, a secret bluebell wood...
- Everything about this sweet potato and chorizo kale hash I want to eat - right now.
- SF Girl by Bay finds the most perfect homes, and this is no exception - its everything I would want my home to be, so perfect.
- Sundays are very much for baking bread, oh, bread...
- I've been travelling a lot for work, and I think that's only going to increase, so I've been really into listening to podcasts on the train, so I'm going to check out these podcast recommendations.
- This week our beautiful cherry blossom tree bloomed overnight (literally, it's an amazing thing) and I've seen a plethora of magnolias and blossom trees this week (and not just on Instagram) that it makes my heart sing - Anya's photographs of spring flowers are just perfect for this sunny weekend.
- I've been struggling to blog this few weeks, with adjusting to a new schedule and everything, but maybe I should look into slow blogging for creatives, which sounds kind of interesting.
- Underwater photos are my favourites, extra points if they're from Mina and Alex.
- Oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies: need I say any more?
- I have misplaced a giant bag of matcha powder that I bought a few weeks ago - but I saw these matcha and toasted coconut butter bites that I really want to try out, so I must try and find it...
- An interesting take on dressing for your body type - I'm not sure whether I agree with it 100%, but it's an interesting perspective.
- Michelle's Project Life update is adorable, as expected.
- Sarah shared with us a weekend away in the Lake District, at Haverigg Beach, and it looks absolutely adorable, particularly with all the little coloured houses.
- I never miss an opportunity to share a banana bread recipe with you - so here is this weeks latest offering from Local Milk, banana buttermilk bread.
- Why are miniature things so much better? These tiny models of food are the kind of thing that make me so incredibly happy, and I'm not really sure why!
- These photos of coffee and beautiful views of the sea make me see why everyone loves Australia so much.
- Katie shared a beautiful DIY recipe card holder this week, and it's so beautiful it makes me want to chuck away my little recipe notebook, haha.
- Freya has completely nailed how I feel about the spring coming around and my awful relationship with winter - with some beautiful photos of winter flowers to accompany it.
What are you up to this weekend? I hope you're all having a lovely, sunny time. (:
