- Did you see my banana, chia seed, cashew nut butter and cocoa smoothie recipe this week? It's the best, milkshake-like healthy-ish smoothie I've tried in a long time!
- Wes Anderson is one of my favourite directors, ever since a friend made me watch the Royal Tenenbaums when I was like 15, I've been hooked, and one of the things I love about every film he makes is the monogrammed Wes Anderson luggage. Also, if I was a braver person, I'd totally get this Team Zissou bikini... maybe I'll settled for the Team Zissou phone case, instead.
- This is one of those things that I never knew I wanted or needed, but now I've seen it, I have to make one: a DIY passport cover.
- My mum had a go at making soda bread this week, but it turned out very rock-like after one week, I might have another attempt with Edible Perspective's Irish soda bread recipe.
- Lou at Whiskey and Pancakes showed us a day out to Culzean Castle and country park - I've never heard of the place, but it looks like a mixture between Longleat and the Secret Garden, so I'm up for that!
- Sometimes I think pandas are very overrated, as an endangered species. I know we should look after all of them, but sometimes I think if they don't help themselves... haha - regardless, the pandas at this Chengdu sanctuary are adorable.
- I'm ticking New York off my wanderlist later this year, but Morocco is still high on the list: Ben's Top 5 things to do in Morocco make me want to go there even more.
- Clearly, I have bread on the brain this week, but Ala's rendition of Paul Hollywood's ciabatta recipeis making my mouth water. Hollywood's recipes are always good ones to trust, I think, so I'm definitely going to try making this sooner or later.
- I discovered Sally's blog this week, and I really love the cute way in which she writes, and sprinkles her posts with colour, but I particularly love this post about curling up on the sofa and spending a weekend frivolously, doing whatever she fancies.
- I've been wondering what to do with all that lemon curd I make on a whim, and I've also really wanted to try out making meringues, so mini lemon meringue pie ice-cream sandwiches look right up my street.
- An interesting view on the Twitter chats that I often take part in, from Chrissy.
- Some amazing paintings from Dutch artist, Daniel Mullen - I love the perspective in these.
- Greenery, cacti, black walls and exposed brick are everything I want in a house, so Kate Stokes and Haslett Grounds home is just that, and so is Penny Lane's(apparently her real name, but I call bullshit! haha).
- 10 signs you're officially an adult: the one that got me was the one about treating your parents makes me smile!
- Something I actually want to try from The Body shop, their new Fuji Green Tea range which I think would be just my cup of tea.
- Recently I have been trying to force myself into a good sleeping routine, which means sometimes waking up the sunrise, and I've really appreciated that sight.
- A touching article on the importance of taking mental health sick days, and learning to be kind to yourself when you need to do so!
- I really enjoyed Michelle's Tai-O photo diary, it looks so tranquil and beautiful, and somewhere I would love to visit.
- And finally, how did I not know corgis of Instagram was a thing? Oh dear...
