• I know it's November and it's Autumn, but you wouldn't know it with the unseasonably warm weather we've had this week (also, why do I talk about the weather every week? It's like a tick, I'm painfully British, soz) but how perfect are Ruth's photographs of an autumn day from the other week?! I'm so desperate for the colder weather, now, but these photos are just spot on.
• Jessca Rose share the most beautiful photographs from her trip to France - from the amazing looking hotel and tree-house, to the amazing looking abbey and waterfall to the quintessentially French market and food, it makes me really want to visit Aveyron.
• Whilst we're on the travel-theme, Jen's photos from her trip to the Scottish highlands make me really want to visit again. I only spent a day there, but it was so beautiful and there is so much I want to explore up there.
• My nosiness takes over sometimes, I love seeing other peoples workspaces so much that I've shared my own (even though I'm currently blogging on the sofa, shh) but I really loved seeing Jennie from Sailboat's desk, and also getting a peek at Becky's earlier in the month.
• I'm still big into a 'salted caramel everything' phase (when am I not, to be fair) so this recipe over at Kirantarun.com caught my eye immediately. I think jars of the stuff would make a super cute gift, too.
• I've been attempting to my photos and my Instagram prettier this month, it doesn't take long for my to really make the most of my photos, and I'm pleased that the effort seems to be paying off - I've been trying to make the most of having Photoshop so I want to learn how to use actions and all sorts of things, and this post has helped.
• Although I don't use tumblr as much as I used to, there is a reason I used to love it, and here are ten of them.
• I love all the weird kinds of speciality squash you can get in the shops at the moment, where I work has a bunch of interesting grey ones that I want to try out, and here's a recipe that looks like it would be amazing for them.
• I really enjoyed reading this post from Candy at Owl Girl about being three-dimensional, sometimes I have similar thoughts about what kind of person I am or where I fit in the blogging world (and the real world) and it's refreshing in a weird way to identify with someone else who has these feelings.
