Today probably doesn't need much interpretation, but it is something I learnt in a very hard way this year and last. It doesn't sound that positive, the need for change. However, I realised something (in a horrible way) about myself, something I have struggled with for all my life, and it was like a switch had been pressed, and I could progress forwards. It's weird how that works sometimes.
